For the short period of time that I've been staying in the workplace/office for my internship, I can say that the company does have respect and encourages diversity. I have encountered employees of different races and religions. The company office also has these facilities like the clinic and room for breastfeeding moms . This means that the company really accept the differences the employees have. They offer virtual career orientations, referral programs, university outreach. Despite coming from a less privileged background, I was able to join.

It is slowly but surely progressing. The company makes sure that we are learning in our day-to-day activities.

My manager is appreciative, and we can communicate with her during or after office hours. She constantly ensures that we are progressing in our roles.

The training & development programs provided by Emerson is very efficient and effective when applied on the actual work processes. They provide foundational trainings, especially on the new hires to ease the transitional period.

I work from 9pm to 6am Manila time. I get to log out after my work is done, and I'm not forced to work overtime. Our company values work and life balance. If I have to work overtime, it is compensated, which is a really good thing.

They have separate bins for recyclables, biodegradables and non-biodegradables. They also offer activities and rewards for employees who bring their own lunchbox and tumbler, which help to prevent waste and conserve water.
