In the office, the culture is very professional, but after hours, it feels like we're close friends which is both giving a positive vibes thus they are willing to help you if you have problems in understanding the tasks given they will guide you.

There is a strong emphasis on collaboration, an inclusive environment, and a respectful professional demeanor. Leaders are approachable with flexible work arrangements and work-life balance.

A very welcoming culture and it's a safe space to open without anyone judging.

Well, to be honest, this workplace is so great to work with. I can express freely who I am without being judged by other coworkers or even by my bosses. They also practice teamwork and cooperate way better than in other companies that I've been to.

My relationship with my teammates doesn't end inside the office; I can say that I'm good friends with most of them. Cooperation and teamwork are also in attendance. There are times that I struggle or have difficulties in my work, but I can count on my teammates to handle these issues.

Emerson has a good company culture because it emphasizes the values they have in the company. One thing that stands out on its core values is the "Support our People", the teamwork in Emerson is very helpful to each and everybody because it helps everyone to grow in their own path without being alone in the journey.

Emerson promotes an open communication, work-life balance, career development. I have had a great experience working here for several reasons. Firstly, they offer flexible working arrangements, such as hybrid setup, where we only need to be in the office for at least 8 days a month, which I find it very convenient and supportive of our physical and mental well-being. Secondly, they encouraged open communication through SafePlace initiatives, where employees can voice their concerns and ideas thru surveys and collaboration with their teams and other departments. Lastly, they encourage employees in their career development through trainings and promotions. Emerson also recognizes and celebrates achievements and contributions.

I have only been here for 2 months and counting, so I haven't been exposed to a lot of activities to fully realize the company culture both in the office and after hours. So, with my limited experience, what I can say is I am enjoying the stay so far. My teammates are easy to get along with. My leaders are also approachable and accommodating. There's a lot of growth offered with this kind of open environment.

Cooperation and Teamwork - every team member is always willing to help, and that problems or difficulties are discussed seriously but at the same time lightly, making it easier to share insights about work. Socializing - every team member socializes well. When I first came in, they gave me a warm welcome and communicate with me as if I've been with them for a few days already.

The culture here in Emerson is great both on and off office hours. Even if I was newly hired, the team always included me in whatever their agenda was, also they always made sure that I was comfortable and okay with the team or with the workload all the time.

Culture here in Emerson is great, it has a positive working environment. In terms of the colleagues, they are approachable and will help you in the best they can. Teamwork and cooperation are encouraged to perform the work efficiently and effectively. In terms of hierarchy, they will not make you feel that they are on the top position, but respect is there. You can freely open your suggestion and opinion without hesitation because care for each employee. The relationship built in terms of friendship is not just inside work, but also outside you can rely to them and make deeper connections.

The company culture within the office is commendable as collaboration meetings were often held to make updates with regards to the team's performance, which is also a good opportunity for each person to contribute their ideas and raise their concerns to the team leader. On the other hand, our team usually bond after-hours by eating out or having celebrations during birthdays.
