As an intern, the company offers a workshop training called "Transitioning to Corporate Environment". This is a full-day workshop filled with activities and engagements together with my fellow interns. It covers relevant discussions about what we should and shouldn't do, as well as what to expect when transitioning from the school environment to the workplace. The training period is great since they give enough time to adjust in the working environment and provided basic training that is useful not just on your work but also in your daily basis. There is a classroom training for the foundational skill trainings which include, call handling practices, presentation skills, proper email guideline, basic grammar, cultural awareness etc. There is also a training regarding to the responsibilities of your role and they will give you an assigned trainer to help you familiarized with the work and will give hands on access on the real work.

There, I learned how to know oneself and learn to become an ideal young professional. We were also taught how to create a network, do well in job interviews, as well as in the professional setting.
