From the sun-streaked fields of Queensland to the lush midland meadows of Victoria, the mild temperatures of Southern Australia as well utilising the thriving Tasmanian soil.

We’ve established our very own Perfection growing facilities across the country. And partnered with Australia’s finest growers means our fruit and vegetables are farm-fresh and flavour perfect all year round. Walk into any supermarket, and you’ll see our branded fresh produce that’s ready to eat.

We pride ourselves on creating respectful, long-lasting relationships with the Australian farming community to grow the most flavoursome produce for our customers.

What Graduates Say About Them
  • Friendly work environment, hybrid work and flexible working times.
  • Respect for individual autonomy when given a project to work on - lots of support from the team for any questions or technical help needed - many learning opportunities, extra projects to jump onto if wanted - very hands on, doing a variety of tasks that are in different business areas e.g. working in NPD kitchen for recipe testing, going to the warehouse, in office - doing something different everyday, it's exciting!
  • Flexibility and there is so much to learn. The best thing is working with people who are more experienced than you, because they are so knowledgeable and experienced.
  • It is quite overwhelming coming in as a graduate. You realize that there is a lot that you don't know, that you need to learn quick. But at the same time, I'd rather be pushed than spoon fed for the whole graduate programme.
  • The reality is you will spend a lot of time in front of the screen, so making sure to take breaks.
  • We are working early in the morning and the reason is because we are produce company, so trading happens early in the morning.

My job varies a lot each day but the most interesting thing I’ve been involved in was a product photoshoot. I was lucky enough to go to the photography studio where we also had two chefs creating delicious meals out of our products.

The other important aspect that makes working here enjoyable is the people. It’s great to be able to laugh and smile at work each day with people from all over the world and share our differences and commonalities. I learned a lot from all the people here.

I worked on a blog that is all about reducing food waste... I enjoy writing about and suggesting these sorts of recipes so that we can help reduce food waste and alleviate the cost-of-living pressures that people are going through.
