Mindset Health has created two apps, with further apps on the way to address conditions like chronic pain, erectile dysfunction, bruxism and more. 

1. 1. Mindset: Mindset provides structured app-based hypnotherapy programs and one-off sessions ('Moments') for a series of common mental health and life efficacy challenges. It covers topics from anxiety and depression to relationships, sleep, productivity, self-esteem and decision-making.
