Coles also offers great opportunities to cross function and explore other roles and areas of the business

I think there are lots of opportunities to move both upwards and laterally which is great because some people may want a full career change and this company allows you to do that. I have met many people who have changed careers.

as a Grad, the rotations allow for a lot of career progression. Promotion possibilities are unknownen to me.

They're quite limited within Coles. I believe my career opportunities are much stronger outside of Coles.
