I love all the big complex problems we get to grapple with on a daily basis - I feel like my brain is stretching and growing every day!

The graduate program is well-led, established and supported with opportunities to learn and grow in a safe environment.  It’s structured around the graduates and our needs with transitioning sessions, and one-on-one meetings with our line managers, HR, mentors and with each other.

It’s about finding a role that I enjoy and working towards the future in that role.

Seeing in real life the equipment I learnt about at university such as pumps and compressors also really help to develop my understanding of how they work and what can go wrong with them.

Study what you love, not what job you see at the end. If you love your field things will fall into place.

The coolest thing about my role has been the opportunities I've had to get out in the field and work with critically endangered species, such as the Helmeted Honeyeaters.

You may not know much about the energy sector... but don’t be afraid to ask questions as there is always someone around to help.

I have felt the most empowered when working through difficult projects.
