Sophie Dunn studied a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Science (Biology) degree at the University of Wollongong and is now a graduate at Perpetual Private within the Private Clients team.
I find the Showcase sessions most exciting because all of us get to present on what we have achieved in the last Sprint. Also, the Retrospective is a great growth opportunity as we all get to reflect on what happened in the last 2 weeks.
I've been part of a great cohort of people, made good friends and been given the opportunity for ongoing learning and professional growth both through the formal development program and on-the-job experience.
