About the Ryman Graduate Programme

Our graduate programme is different from the average - it's all about positioning you to become a future Ryman leader, learning all about our unique business along the way. 

Our two-year, rotational programme includes:

  • Completing three placements in three different Ryman departments, with at least one rotation in one of our villages or on one of our construction sites
  • Working in an established position, while delivering a role-specific improvement project and completing on-the-job training
  • Undertaking a package of tailored education throughout the programme - including our Aspiring Leaders programme 
  • Having the support of a dedicated mentor. 

Please note, our graduate programme will commence in January 2023.
