Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Very social culture and there are often after work social events (both organised by the firm but impromptu). Structure and hierarchy is partner then SC, SA, Associates and Graduates. Partners are very approachable and graduates will have close contact with them through their work. Very cooperative and teamwork focused.

This firm has the best culture one could hope for, they truly care about the health and wellbeing of their employees and that is reflected in every way, sch as having a wellness room in the office. Plus, work hours are very reasonable 9am to 5.30pm and staff are not expected to work outside of those hours.

The culture in the office is supportive and inclusive - everyone is approachable. There are opportunities to socialise, with various events being held as well as committees that you can get involved in.

Company culture is very good. There doesn't feel like there is a typical hierarchy, with the partners all being very nice and approachable. Generally, most people who are in the office will all have lunch together and it is not uncommon for activities to be planned after work. I have developed a number of genuine friendships that now carry on outside of work. From a team perspective, the partners and senior lawyers are all very approachable and willing to help with questions you may have. Similarly, juniors tend to work quite closely together when completing tasks and are often given larger projects to work on together and then deliver back to senior staff.

There is a strong team feel to the CAD team, and this is felt throughout the different practice areas too. Partners and senior lawyers are approachable, human and kind. I would say that the firm has an incredibly flat organisational structure.

The culture is the best part of working here. Everyone is very friendly, and the firm structure is truly flat. You can sit next to other grads or even the head partner for Australia every day, and senior lawyers are more than happy to talk to you and help you in your work. There is also plenty of opportunities to socialise with colleagues, and particularly social employees can join the Social Committe from day 1 and assist in organising events.
