We have quite a diverse range of ages, ethnicities, sexualities and genders in our office. As mentioned earlier, we have a few working mothers who are in the office part-time, as well as a few who work remotely. I believe that our low staff-turnover is helped by the openness and diversity of our office.

Although I am not completely across Adroit's past history of diversity, I can confirm that they employ a variety of different ethnicities and offer leadership and valuable roles to LGBT members. I am comfortable from what I have seen that Adroit is committed to providing opportunities for all types of people.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
I can only speak of my experience, but my social privilege was never brought up. I am a first-generation Australian though, so I believe that my merits as a candidate were what lead to my employment.
