CASPA Services Ltd is leading child welfare and care services provider supporting children, young people, families, and people with disabilities. We are dedicated to our work because we believe that every child, person and family deserves the chance to live a full and functioning life. From the top-down, our organisation drives a vision of quality that provides a safety net to some of our community's most vulnerable people which has seen us become recognised industry-wide in the child welfare sector. Our team works collectively with organisations and governing bodies to create bespoke models of care for children and young people to achieve life-changing best outcomes.

CASPA operates using a range of evidence-based therapies and collective practices extensively to acknowledge grief and trauma that underlie pain-based behaviours, promote better integration of emotional states and highlight adaptive coping mechanisms for change. Evidence-based practices influence positive long-term outcomes and neurological repair of early adverse events.

At CASPA the asset we value most is our teams of dedicated professionals. We are an employer of choice because we provide all our staff with role-specific training and development to build a person's ongoing professional development. Our Clinical Lead Michael Manning leads our clinical team with his desire to promote systemic social change in mental health and disability services; "My passion for change is fueled by working with people and organisations to cultivate the quality of life, resilience, and success."
