Your role:
As a Wellbeing Officer, you will enter the Navy as a qualified member of the human services sector, working at sea and ashore. Youโll work together with religious chaplains and be responsible for providing non-religious pastoral care and spiritual support to all Navy members and their families. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting civil ceremonies and secular services for a range of occasions including individual and ceremonial events.
You will also have a role in advising on ethical and moral issues affecting the workforce and will take part in character development responsibilities in the training of all personnel.
