With quarterly intakes across Australia and New Zealand, our graduate program immerses participants in our collaborative, innovative ecosystem, so they can gain a deep understanding of what the world of technology looks like in the real world.

Graduates begin their journey with a 6- to 12-week intensive back-to-basics digital skills program. Then, they are allocated a project with one of our large enterprise partners, where they get hands-on experience and an opportunity to make a difference in millions of lives. This could include building a digitally accessible banking experience for someone living in remote Australia or New Zealand or building a VR tennis experience for the Australian Open.

The project they work on depends on their skills and interests.

Some of the exciting areas where grads have an opportunity to work include but are not limited to:

• Data Analytics
• Cyber Security
• ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
• Cloud technologies and infrastructure solutions
• Quality engineering
• Application development (e.g. business applications, mobile applications, UX/UI) and maintenance

 Artificial intelligence (AI) and automation

The focus of the Infosys graduate program is to give participants exposure to as many different facets of digital technology as possible. Upon completion, they can specialise in their stream of choice, continuing to work with Infosys as we expertly steer our clients through their digital journeys.

Another exciting avenue for university students to build a digital career includes participating in Infosys’ flagship global internship program – InStep. The inStep is a fantastic pathway into an IT career for those nearing the end of their university degree. Ranked the best internship globally for three years in a row by Vault Internship Rankings, InStep enables our interns to work on real-time projects under the mentorship of senior Infosys leaders. It’s a valuable way for students to get a real taste of the IT world and “trial” the tech space they want to build a career.
