Infosys’ graduate program is the ideal platform for those who want to begin a career in digital tech with a world-leading organisation. With accelerated learning and growth opportunities from day one, participants are exposed to an incredible array of tech streams, projects, innovations, and learning opportunities.

Learn, grow, and make a difference

Each year at Infosys, we kickstart the careers of hundreds of graduates in Australia and New Zealand. Our grad program is for uni students, graduates, and people with a few years of professional experience (not necessarily in the technology sector) under their belts.

Participants come on board as full-time permanent employees. Once they complete the program, they can move into a technical or consulting role in the discipline of their choice.

Our robust onboarding program begins with two months of back-to-basics digital training. This is where grads start to develop an understanding of what working in the technology sector feels like in an ever-evolving world. They also have an opportunity to network with their peers and Infosys leaders and teams from across the globe. 

Once this refresher program is completed, the hands-on experience begins. Participants are assigned projects aligned with different industries, clients and digital streams - some of which they may never have even considered or heard of before. Industries include financial services, health care, manufacturing, retail, logistics, media, utilities, energy, and the public sector. Meanwhile, digital streams include (but are not limited to) data analytics, cyber security, cloud tech, ERP, infrastructure solutions, quality engineering, applications for business and mobile, UX and UI, automation, artificial intelligence, and 5G among others. 

Projects are short or long term and can involve anything from machine learning algorithms to chatbots to social network data visualization.

Throughout the program, the organization places a strong focus on nurturing stakeholder engagement and management skills. No matter the IT stream they choose to forge their career in, all our grads will be client-facing, so we equip them for the future by investing in their communication and leadership capabilities.
